 Freeze option is only for our autobilling monthly members. Freezing your account/membership allows you to remain frozen as long as you would like rather than canceling, securing your current membership pricing (for when you unfreeze). During your freeze, your account will only be charged a monthly amount of $5.00, which will accumulate as in-store credit to be used toward lotions, upgrades, or other service/product purchases. In-store credit is non-refundable. 

Freezes must be made before your next autobilling. Freezes made during a paid month does not grant you any rollovers of unused services. However,  you can choose to resume the membership at any time in order to enjoy the services and benefits of an EFT. You will be charged a prorated amount based on the your draft date and draft amount. 

No. Accounts cannot be canceled while on a freeze. If membership is cancelled during a freeze, the account will be reactivated and billed one more time to satisfy the 1 billing cycle 3- day cancellation notice. 

 Yes, you may pay walk-in prices to use services, or you may unfreeze your account (and refreeze after). 

Yes. A 3-day notice before your next auto-billing cycle is required to cancel all auto-billing memberships. Cancellation receipt must be requested at the store and provided to us upon request for any future billing issues. Without proof of cancellation, we are unable to date back any cancellations. Account cannot be closed while its on a freeze - cancelling an account during a freeze will result in the account being reactivated for one billing cycle to satisfy the 3-day prior cancellation notice requirement. Account cannot be cancelled with a past due balance. Mail-in cancellation requires certified mailing receipt/proof of delivery. Past due accounts are sent to collections and incur an additional $25 collection charge.
