A card MUST be validated when booking online. It will not be charged unless we must charged due to our cancellation and no-show policy.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day (24 hours) before your appointment. Our system will send an automatic reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before your account. Failure to notify will result in a $25 cancellation fee

Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-show will be required to pay the full amount of the service(s)

Please note that if you are 10 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "no-show" and will be treated as a missed appointment.

*WEATHER FORECAST: Our clients and our staffs safety is important to us. Early store closings and closures due to weather, road conditions etc. will not have our cancellation policy in place. All scheduled appointments will be contacted for reschedule. Safety is our #1 priority! 

Clients who purchased a bridal package, event booking, Elevare skin, and monthly packages have priority booking - these appointments are still subject to our cancellation and late arrival terms. Any missed appointments will be your responsibility to get rescheduled as these sessions do not roll over.

Clients who have more than 3 consecutive cancellations and/or missed appointments will be required to pay the full amount of the service(s) before scheduling or subject to a booking deposit.

Auto-billing and/or memberships cancellations require a 3-day notice before your next auto-billing cycle to avoid being charged. Refunds are not issued.

Monthly memberships have the option to freeze their account for any reason. $5.00 fee to place account on hold and will be credited as In-House Account. 

Accounts cannot be closed while its on a freeze. Cancelling an account during a freeze will result in the account being reactivated for one-billing cycle to satisfy the 3-day prior cancellation notice requirement

Auto-billing occurs monthly on the same day membership was started. If membership was not cancelled or placed on a freeze hold, our system will automatically draft the amount due monthly as per required when signing up for a membership. If auto-billing was unsuccessful a $15.00 decline charge will be added to the amount being drafted. Failure to pay past due(s) without any communication will result in account and membership being cancelled.

Guest passes are only for Wellness & Elite Club Members. Additional passes available for purchase for $15.00.
